Vault Victory Sports ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Vault Victory Sports mobile application and website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and name when you create an account.
• Card Photos: When you use the AI Card Scanner, photos you capture with the camera or upload from your photo library are stored in your private inventory.
• Card Inventory Data: Information you record about your cards (player, year, set, grade, cost, value).
• Usage Data: How you interact with app features.
• User ID: A unique identifier associated with your account.

Camera and Photo Library Access

Vault Victory Sports requests access to your device's camera and photo library only when you choose to scan or upload card photos. We do NOT access these resources in the background. Photos are sent to our AI processing service (Anthropic) for card identification only and are not retained by that service. The photos themselves are stored in your private inventory on Supabase infrastructure.

How We Use Your Information

• Authenticating your account and securing access to your data.
• Providing core app functionality (inventory management, AI card scanning, pricing).
• Preventing fraud and maintaining service quality.
• Communicating with you about your account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across other apps and websites.

We share data only with the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase - database, authentication, and file storage.
• Anthropic - AI card identification and grading (card images are sent for processing only; not retained).
• eBay - only when you choose to list a card.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data in transit. All user data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by:

1. Opening Vault Victory Sports
2. Going to Settings
3. Tapping "Delete My Account"
4. Typing DELETE to confirm

Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, card inventory, photos, and all related data. If you need help with account deletion, contact us at business.vy@gmail.com.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Once you delete your account, all data is removed.

Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update your data.
• Request deletion of your account and data (or delete it yourself in-app).
• Export your inventory data.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
